For nearly six decades, our evidence-based approach has created thousands of one-to-one mentoring relationships. Our goal is to ensure that every young person has a positive adult relationship to ensure they meet their full potential. It all starts with the right role model, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh is the place for youth to start a relationship with that special mentor. We recruit, screen, match, and support mentoring relationships that often change the lives of the mentors as well.
