Many thanks to the Allegheny County Council for recognizing and honoring our Big Brother and Big Sister of the Year for Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania! At a recent session, County Councilman Samuel DeMarco III read into the record a proclamation outlining the outstanding achievements of Big Sister of the Year, Jennifer Antoon, and Big Brother of the Year, Dan O’Brien.
